B Pharm degree is a Five (5) years degree program excluding internship (a Compulsory one (1) training after graduating), this five years is stack filled with circles of practical’s, intensive study, clerkship, and Exams.

It takes Six (6) Years to study pharm D in Nigeria, This program is a year longer than those who enrolled into schools that offers the B Pharm Degree, One of the reasons for this extra year is because of the emphasis on patient care and clinical rotation of student.
Student who already possess their B Pharm Certificate can also enrol into the Pharm D Program to any University that runs the B Pharm to Pharm D special conversion program like the University of Benin.
